Accounting Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a candidate who can handle most of our administrative functions for a 4 office call center/answering service.
Will assist with processing of client payments, billing clients, reminder notices, daily and weekly reports to management, maintenance of office supply inventories, assist with the creation of weekly schedules for the call center, assist clients with questions regarding their billing, payroll processing, general office support and assist with answering the phones in the call center during "peak hours"

Ideal candidate has the ability to project a positive professional image to our clients via phone, skilled with MS Office suite to include Word and Excel is a must.
Preferred hours:
30 M-F

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
